Refund Policy

1. Contest Entry Refunds

Fx2Fund contest entry fees are subject to the following refund terms:

Entries are generally non-refundable once a contest begins. Because 80% of every $100 entry fee goes directly into that week's prize pool, an entry cannot be refunded after the contest has started.
Contests cancelled before they start — if Fx2Fund cancels a contest before it begins, every entry for that contest is refunded in full at the price actually paid.
If you wish to withdraw an entry, you must do so before the contest start time (Sunday 00:00 UTC). Entries withdrawn before the start are refunded in full at the price actually paid.
Refund amount: Approved refunds are issued at the exact amount paid for the entry. The current entry fee is $100; entries paid before the May 2026 price change at the prior $29.99 rate remain refundable at $29.99.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or an agreed-upon wallet address. To request a refund, contact support at support@fx2fund.com.

2. Cancelling an Entry

Fx2Fund has no subscriptions or recurring billing — you are only ever charged the one-time entry fee for each contest you choose to join. You may stop using the service at any time:

You are under no obligation to enter any contest; simply choose not to enter
An entry may be withdrawn for a full refund any time before the contest start time (Sunday 00:00 UTC); note that the entry deadline is Wednesday 23:59 UTC, so no new entries can be placed after that point
Any prize balance already credited to your wallet remains yours and does not expire
You may request account closure by contacting support, and any withdrawable wallet balance will be paid out first

3. Entry Fees & the Prize Pool

The $100 entry fee is what funds each contest. 80% of every $100 collected for the week forms the prize pool paid out to the top 30 entrants, and the remaining 20% funds platform operations and the $10,000 guaranteed minimum. Because entries are pooled this way, they cannot be refunded once a contest is underway. See our Entry Fees & Prize Pool terms for details.

4. Service Disruptions

If a contest is materially disrupted by an extended, unplanned service outage, Fx2Fund may, at its sole discretion, void and reschedule the contest, adjust results fairly, or refund affected entries. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disputed Payments

If you believe a payment was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us immediately at support@fx2fund.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

6. Acknowledgment

By entering a contest on Fx2Fund, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that entry fees are non-refundable once a contest begins, and that entries are refunded in full only if a contest is cancelled before it starts or withdrawn before the start time.
